Miss Singapore Beauty Pageant 2017: #SRCCarwash Event

Hey everyone!

So last week was the Singapore Red Cross (SRC) Carwash event with the MSPB finalists wash cars to raise funds! Firstly, thank you to everyone that came down to support the event, and to the ladies, great job, it was quite a long day for you!

The event was held at the Singapore Red Cross House!

Just a heads up, this blogpost is going to be mostly pictures, but I would like to shine some light on the thrift shop that the Singapore Red Cross has and how you can help to donate as well!

The ladies had some interviews as well~

Had our reigning queens, Divya and Lovelle as well!

The ladies got to ride with Harley Davidson so hand out little flyers as well!

WEEEW!!!!

And of course, you need to end the day with a group photo, right?

Of course, this would not be possible without the Singapore Red Cross, and just to add a little something to this post besides photos of the ladies washing cars until they're spick and span, I think I need to shed some light on the thrift shop that the Singapore Red Cross held that day too.

They've got a huge variety of things! 

Most of these are donations, some brand new and some second hand. I was told the shoes we saw that day were generously donated by a company, so there were loads to go around!

Mum and I did pick a few things! ^^

Our finalists got some time to shop a little too!

If you're wondering why, there was rainy weather and the carwash had to be put on hold!

If you would like to visit the thrift store, you can do so on Wednesdays between 11am-4pm at the Red Cross House (15 Penang Lane) or between 1030am -33opm at the Red Cross Training Campsite (62 Jalan Khairuddin).
